We are seeking 4-5 families (up to 20 people) who are interested in purchasing 1/4, 1/2 or whole cows.

Our team will select high-quality breeds as well as maintain the health, feed and other day-to-day operations until they are ready for the butcher shop (estimate about 4 months)

At that time, we will coordinate with the butcher shop and the buyers for the types of cuts desired and available.
